Domestic refunds will be paid at the place of final delivery in cash International Flights will be paid by a certified check and will be sent along with a detailed statement within 15 days of our return from the mission. If for any reason a Client wishes to cancel an International / Oceanic Ferry Flight / Test Flight after a Deposit has been placed and flight is scheduled, the canceled flight is subject to forfeiture of up to 100% of the deposit amount for a cancellation fee.

If for any reason a Client wishes to cancel a International / Oceanic ferry flight / Test Flight after it has started the canceled flight is subject to forfeiture of any and all deposits placed.

Any and All Refunds will be via Bank Wire or Certified Check.

As a courtesy to our clients to help reduce the overall costs but most of all for pilot safety, & equipment reliability we supply our own HF Radio Equipment, EPIRB, Survival Suit, And Raft for use on the ferry flight.

If multiple aircraft are being ferried and multiple HF Radios are required and in the event one or more of our courtesy HF-Radios are unavailable or in Transit from another flight one can be Rented for About $350.00 a week + shipping. A deposit of $2,900 will be required. All deposits will be refunded less rental time and shipping and will be issued upon radios return to rental facility.

Satellite Phone Service, For safety and good communications with you the client all pilots are required to use a Satellite Phone there is a $150.00 non refundable rental/access charge for this service. Included is 60 min of time for Position Reports, Weather Briefs, Client Contact. Additional time is billed at $2.00 per minute for Position Reports, Weather Briefs, & Client Contact. Position Reports are Estimated at about 5 Minutes each every half an hour while in Oceanic Control. You will be provided a phone number and may call your pilot at anytime without charge form us you will be billed from your local telco for the international call. You can send Free Text Messages to the pilot's satellite phone via Iridium's Web Site.

Our Life Raft's "Switlik ISPLR FAA - TSO" rafts will be provided as a courtesy. In the event one or more of our Raft's are unavailable or in Transit from another flight one can be Rented for a small fee ($180.00 a Week) and a deposit. A CO2 Cylinder replacement charge of $65.00 Per Raft may be required depending on the servicing airline and their compressed gases/cylinder policy.

The Costs to return the HF Radio Equipment, Life Raft, & Survival Suit are the responsibility of you the client. The most common way is extra baggage on return airline, FedEx, DHL or UPS. All Items Shipped will require a Deposit.

The tanking fees charged are for "Ferry Tanking" are for tank rental, install, and required paperwork only! All Ferry Tank Systems whole or in part are owned by Aircraft Delivery, Inc. & International Ferry Flights, Inc. The return of these items (Tank, Pumps, Straps, Brackets, etc. will be at your expense) You will be notified by the pilot if any item needs to be returned.

Failure of client to return any courtesy item(s) or property of Aircraft Delivery, Inc. & International Ferry Flights, Inc. will be billed for the item(s) normal retail for item(s) + Rental Fee If Any.
Failure of client to return any Rental items will result in loss of Deposit for such item(s).
(Late Return's of Rental Items will result in extra rental fees subtracted from deposit.)
