Refunds will be paid at the place of final delivery or a certified check will be sent along with a detailed statement within 10 days of our return from the mission. All refunds for International Flights will be a certified check sent with a detailed statement within 20 days of our return from the mission.

If for any reason a Client wishes to cancel an International / Oceanic ferry flight / Test Flight after a Deposit has been placed and flight is scheduled, cancled flight is subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the deposited amount.

If for any reason a Client wishes to cancel a mission after it has started (This Includes, Domestic Flights, Test Flights, Iternational Flights, & Oceaniac Flights) any pre-paid amounts will be returned less any pilot fees, (based at our maximum daily rate) plus any services, and expenses which have already occurred. Client will receive a detailed bill for all pilot fees, services, and expenses.

As a courtesy to our clients to help reduce the overall costs but most of all for pilot safety, & equipment reliability we supply our own HF Radio Equipment, EPIRB, Survival Suit, And Raft for use on the ferry flight. The the only charge will be for the installation & fabrication of a temporary HF antenna if your aircraft requires an antenna set up we do not already have.

Satellite Phone Service, For aircraft that we are unable to gain FAA approval for installation & fabrication of temporary HF radio equipment, or using the pacific routes we will need to use an Satellite Phone there is a $150.00 non refundable rental/access charge for this service + $2.00 Per Minute For Position Reports Position Reports are Estimated at about 5 Minutes each about every hour while in Oceanic Control.

Our 4-Man Life Raft "EAM-T4 TSO" will be provided as a courtesy. If our Raft is unavailable or in Transit from another flight one can be Rented for a small fee and a deposit. Shipping of raft to your aircraft may be required depending on the servicing airline and their compressed gases/cylinder policy.

Raft's Weight is about 48lbs with packing and has a compressed gas cylinder and is considered hazardous material.

The Costs to return the HF Radio Equipment, Life Raft, & Survival Suit are the responsibility of you the client. The most common way is extra baggage on return airline, FedEx, DHL or UPS.

Failure of client to return any Courtesy items will be charged normal retail for item(s).
Failure of client to return any Rental items will result in loss of Deeposit for such item(s).
(Late Retun of Rental Items will result in extra rental fees subtracted from deposit.)
